About.
Digital Grade Dirt came about during 2020's lockdowns and disruptions, getting caught on the wrong side of things and looking to make sure our family position was stronger and more stable moving forwards. We wanted something that was useful, would never interfere with raising two decent little folk, wasn't going to step on anyone else's toes and that was, ultimately, Ours.

Our Vision.
Digital Grade Dirt is looking to be the first choice for Driveways in the Snowy Mountains.
With the full range of tools now at our disposal, the experience to perform professionally and a finger on the pulse of how to improve the longevity of gravel roads and driveways we can produce quality work that will stand the test of winter for many, many seasons.
We are looking forward to the development of Jindabyne and the surrounds into a tourism centre with year-round activities and the opportunity to be a part of maintaining all the tracks and trails from lake to rails.

Who We Are.
Sarah first moved to Jindabyne in 1998 to begin what would become a 20 year career in the ski industry. Sarah received a traineeship at Hunter Valley Operations mine and began operating water carts and push-cats alongside haul trucks.
I was brought here to Jindabyne in 2008 after living in Verbier, Switzerland for two years working in off-mountain rehabilitation, sports therapy and massage before a skiing accident.
I spent a couple of years in the building industry in town before the move up to the Hunter chasing a stronger financial position. I worked my way up from grass cutting, through shot-firing (yes, blowing stuff up for a living is pretty awesome!), onto haul trucks and then was picked out to operate graders, starting on 16H's, then 16M's before getting to work the massive 24M's on 12 hour day and night shifts. Back in Jindy and I had some time at Bungarra, Woolies, TLE Electrical before a return to garden work and ultimately machine operating. I like things to look good when I am done.
Ava and Jake haven't got much of a story, yet, but they are both under seven, so we aren't concerned, besides, if it wasn't for Ava we might not of come home to Jindy when we did!
